Yes, I said business decision. Our emotions don't allow us to consider letting things go; it goes against our nature. Some folks will emotionally kill themselves saving their home. Part of my counseling is to help you put this decision on "project status."  Get past the fear, worry, guilt, shame. Obviously when you bought your home you expected to afford it! Then things change. Health, employment, divorce, kids, death, income, rising costs of food, gas, utilities...the list goes on. So take guilt and shame out of your thinking...this isn't your fault.  How you react to these circumstances and what you do from here, is on you!
